We are seeking a motivated Car Sales Consultant to join our team in the Castle Bromwich area of Birmingham. Start 2025 with a new career in car sales. As a Car Sales Consultant you will have a minimum of 12 months face to face Vehicle sales experience, (We will also consider someone from a sales background outside the motor trade and train you the right way) you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products or services to potential customers. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to upsell, and a strong sales mindset. Salary details (We can discuss the basic salary at interview and have 2 salary strategies)£18,000 plus a strong commission structure to enable earnings of £45,000+. Company car and health benefits. This is a full time role and we pay strong commissions Monday – Friday 08.30 – 18.00 Saturday 8.30 -17.00 Sunday (every other) 10-4 5 day working week You will need a full Uk driving licence preferably clean but with no more than 6 points. No previous bans. As a car sales consutant you will be selling new and used vehicles and if Motability accredited these also. Responsibilities: Identify and prospect potential customers through various channels Conduct sales and product demonstrations to show features and benefits of Vehicles Understand customer needs and provide solutions to meet their requirements Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities Skills required for a car sales consultant: – Proven experience in Face to face sales – Strong ability to upsell and close deals effectively – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – Organizational skills with attention to detail – Professional phone etiquette and active listening skills Join our team as a Sales Consultant and take your career to new heights!
