Area Sales Manager (Commercial Specification) sought by the windows solutions division of a global construction products manufacturer. A £multibillion turnover, privately-owned company with nearly 200 locations globally, they are looking for a Commercial Specification Sales Manager to cover London & the South East.
The Role:
- Selling the company‘s full range of window and door solution products for use in commercial developments/refurbishments.
- Developing relationships with key architects, specifiers, developers, consultants and contractors.
- Generating product/system specifications in line with targeted expectations.
- Working closely with commercial fabricators and installers to maintain and defend those specifications.
- Developing, hosting and delivering technical presentations such as CPD seminars for architects and other construction professionals.
Your experience as Area Sales Manager:
- A proven track record of sales success in the windows, doors, curtain walling or building envelope arena.
- Project led, a confident presenter and have a demonstrable track record in specification selling.
- Knowledge of wind loadings and the fabric of a building would be ideal.
- Experience of providing detailed technical support and advice to contractors, installers, and professional practice.
- Ability to interact with and draw upon a wide range of supporting services.
Benefits Package:
- Excellent salary depending on experience
- Up to 50% bonus (max 40% paid quarterly + max 10% on individual targets, paid annually)
