- Internal doors, frames, skirting and architraves
- Joist and floorboard repairs
- Garden gates
- uPVC windows, doors, fascia and gutters
- Newel posts, banisters, spindles and rails
What We're Looking For
- Experience in joinery, property maintenance or a related trade
- Strong practical skills and attention to detail
- Social housing/property maintenance experience is highly desirable
- Comfortable working in both tenanted and void properties
- Professional approach when working in customers' homes
- Clean driving licence
- Willingness to undergo a DBS check
- Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
