WCVA is looking for a dynamic, strategic, and inspiring leader to take on the role of Head of Volunteering (Volunteering Vision Lead). In this pivotal position, you’ll champion volunteering across Wales’ voluntary sector, working closely with Welsh Government and partners to deliver the New Approach to Volunteering. Your leadership will help create a thriving, inclusive, safe, and sustainable volunteering sector that empowers communities and transforms lives.

About the role:
What you’ll do:
- Lead with vision: Drive WCVA’s volunteering strategy and shape national policy.
- Influence and advocate: Represent WCVA at high-level forums and champion volunteering in Wales.
- Innovate and inspire: Promote new models of volunteering, from flexible opportunities to digital engagement.
- Build strong partnerships: Collaborate with voluntary, public, and private sectors to create impact.
- Empower teams: Provide strategic direction and motivate your team to make a bigger difference.
