Are you an experienced IT Support Engineer looking for a varied role where no two days are the same? We are working with a well-established Managed Service Provider (MSP) who deliver high-quality IT support to a diverse range of SME clients across the region. You will join a collaborative and growing team providing both remote and onsite technical support to customers, ensuring systems run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver remote technical support to customers via the IT helpdesk
  • Visit client sites to resolve IT service requests and provide hands-on support
  • Log, track, and manage all actions through the helpdesk system
  • Prioritise and manage your workload to deliver the best possible customer service
  • Proactively monitor systems, manage faults, and ensure maximum uptime
  • Support core IT processes including starter/leaver setup, asset tracking, and service provisioning

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a hands-on IT support role
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
  • Strong communication and customer service skills (both written and verbal)
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability
  • Able to work well under pressure, both independently and as part of a team
  • Genuine enthusiasm for IT and technology

Desirable Experience:

  • 2nd Line IT support background, ideally within an SME or MSP environment
  • Networking knowledge - WAN/LAN/WLAN, routing, NAT, network diagnostics
  • Windows Server (2019/2022/2025) - DHCP, DNS, Group Policy, RRAS
  • Exchange Server (2019/2025) administration
  • Microsoft 365 - Entra, Exchange, SharePoint, Defender, and related admin
  • Experience with RMM tools and Service Desk Ticket Systems
