Class 2 Driver in Derby

Recruit 2 You are hiring for Class 2 Driverson behalf of our client based in Somercotes.

We have an immediate start available for the right candidate on a temporary to permanent basis.

Pay Rate is £17.89 per hour

Working hours are 7am-3pm Monday-Friday

**Job Description:**

As Class 2 Driver, you will play a crucial role in our logistics operations. Your responsibilities will include:

– Carry out multi-drop deliveries in a timely and safe manner.

-Drive the vehicle safely and in accordance with the law.

-Drive within the tachograph law and driver hours limits.

– Delivering goods to various stores.

– Safely loading and unloading the goods at stores.

**Requirements:**

– Valid UK driver's license (Category B). Clean licence is required.

– Category C licence OR Class 2 licence – allows you to drive (LGVs) over 3.5 tonnes, but not exceeding 32 tonnes.

– Driver CPC Certification

– Excellent driving record with a commitment to safety.

– Physical fitness for lifting and moving goods.

– Strong time management and organisational skills.

– Ability to work independently.
