We are seeking a commercially driven Group Commercial Sales Manager with strong experience within manufacturing or industrial sectors to drive profitable revenue growth across multiple businesses. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing commercial strategies, managing key customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting long-term growth objectives. As the new Group Commercial Sales Manager, you will:
- Develop and implement commercial sales strategies
- Drive profitable revenue growth across industrial and manufacturing markets
- Identify and secure new business opportunities with OEMs, distributors, and end users
- Manage key accounts, contract renewals, and long-term supply agreements
- Lead pricing strategy, commercial negotiations, and margin management
- Prepare quotations, tenders, and commercial proposals
- Work closely with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to support customer requirements
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and raw material pricing
- Track sales pipeline activity and forecasts using CRM systems
- Support and mentor sales or account management team members where required
Requirements for this role:
- 5+ years’ experience in commercial sales within manufacturing or industrial sectors
- Strong B2B sales and account management experience
- Excellent commercial awareness and financial understanding
