Recruit 2 You is hiring Counterbalance and Reach Drivers for a client in Netherfield, Nottingham, NG4. VNA licence is advantageous. Immediate start available on a temporary to permanent basis. Pay starts at £12.27 per hour and may increase with successful performance.

Shift Pattern: The shift pattern is 3‑shift rotation: 06:00‑13:30 (Mon‑Fri), 21:00‑06:00 (Mon‑Thu), 13:30‑21:00 (Mon‑Fri).

Responsibilities:

  • Quality‑check picked products to ensure an excellent standard.
  • Accurately count goods to ensure customers receive correct orders.
  • Use relevant mechanical handling equipment to place stock/goods in appropriate location.
  • Load/unload using Counterbalance FLT.
  • Store all pallets in a safe manner.
  • Move goods, load and unload, and ensure safe transportation within the warehouse.
  • Move stock as directed, ensuring accuracy and safety.
  • Perform other warehouse duties alongside operating the FLT.
  • Ensure that customer orders are picked correctly and packed ready for dispatch.
  • Safely operate the Counterbalance FLT; this may lead to training on various FLT types within the warehouse.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Counterbalance and Reach licence essential.
  • Warehouse background with a keen interest in securing permanent employment.
  • Willing to perform general warehouse duties alongside FLT duties.
