We are looking for an experienced Senior Assembly Operative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong production background who is looking to progress into a Supervisor position.
You will initially work within our clients assembly department, gaining a full understanding of our products, processes, and quality standards. With your existing supervisory experience and successful completion of your training period, you will have the opportunity to progress into a supervisory role.
Working Hours
- Monday to Thursday: 7:30 am – 4:00 pm
- Friday: 7:30 am – 1:00 pm
- Optional overtime available, paid at time and a half, providing an opportunity to increase your earnings.
Key Responsibilities
- Cutting and assembling fabrics using templates.
- Sewing and stapling industrial textile materials to produce finished products.
- Using hand tools to cut and assemble products.
- Applying industrial adhesives accurately and safely.
- Operating an industrial sewing machine (experience essential).
- Maintaining excellent attention to detail to ensure product quality.
- Working towards production targets while maintaining high standards.
- Learning company procedures, processes, and production requirements.

- Industrial sewing machine experience (essential).
- Experience working with fabrics, textiles, or light materials.
