Project Context:

- The role supports an ongoing application maintenance stream within the client's existing AMS contract.
- Handle BAU support for SAP BTP MDM incidents and post‑go‑live issues.
- Build and manage the MDM repository in collaboration with business and IT teams.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and prepare documentation for defect resolution.
- Support knowledge transfer to the offshore team and manage related training sessions.
- Lead design decisions for change requests and test defect resolutions.
- Ensure smooth integration between SAP and non‑SAP systems via APIs, ETL, and messaging tools.
Requirements:
- Solid expertise in SAP Master Data Management (MDM), including Business Partner, Customer, Supplier, and Location data models.
- Proven experience implementing at least one S/4HANA project as an MDM Consultant.
- Proficiency in data integration technologies (APIs, ETL tools, messaging frameworks).
- Experience with data modeling, data governance, and data quality management.
- Knowledge of retail business processes is desirable.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills, with client‑facing confidence.
- Ability to collaborate across diverse teams (business, technical, and offshore).
