Recruit121 has a client in the UK looking for an SAP FS-CM (Claims Management) Consultant to work with them for 6 months. The role will be hybrid working with 3 days per week onsite in the North of England.
This is a remote opportunity for a skilled professional who can lead and contribute to end-to-end claims processing solutions within a multi-module SAP Insurance landscape.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and support the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP FS-CM (Claims Management).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate FS-CM with other SAP insurance modules such as FS-CD (Collections & Disbursements), FS-PM (Policy Management), FS-RI (Reinsurance), and FS-ICM (Incentive and Commission Management).
- Provide functional expertise and support for key claim handling processes and insurance industry standards.
- Work closely with finance teams on GL and sub-ledger integration within ECC and/or SAP Banking/Insurance environments.
- Contribute to solution architecture and ensure alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.
- Document processes, configuration, and provide knowledge transfer to stakeholders and internal teams.
- 5+ years of experience in SAP Insurance with multi-module proficiency.
- 3+ years of SAP Claims Management (FS-CM) experience, with a strong understanding of insurance claims processes and industry best practices.
- Proven experience integrating FS-CM with SAP Insurance modules: FS-CD, FS-PM, FS-RI, FS-ICM.
- Working knowledge of ECC GL and finance sub-ledger processes related to insurance/banking products.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
