The Role
You'll lead the SAP Platform across three technical teams (ABAP, EDI, and technical architects) while shaping the company's SAP and digital strategy. You'll manage day-to-day ECC operations and drive the ERPH S/4HANA migration programme—a major transformation opportunity that sits at the heart of the business's digital roadmap. You'll report directly to the Global Development Centre Director and sit alongside the digital leadership team, advising on technology direction and platform evolution.
Requirements
- Must-have:
- Minimum 2 years' management experience
- SAP background—as a consultant (functional or technical), project manager, or similar
- Proven ability to lead, influence, and develop technical teams
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Willingness to travel minimally to site when required
- Nice-to-have:
- Manufacturing industry background
- S/4HANA migration or digital transformation experience
- ECC/BASIS system familiarity
