We are hiring an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer with a passion for automation and robotics. We are growing our engineering team and looking for a skilled, proactive engineer to join us on our night shift (4 on, 4 off) schedule.
What you will be doing:
- Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on electrical systems, robotics, and production machinery
- Diagnosing faults on PLCs, automation systems, and robotic equipment
- Working closely with the engineering and production teams to maximise uptime and performance
- Supporting continuous improvement and reliability projects across the site
What we are looking for:
- Time-served or qualified Electrical Engineer (NVQ Level 3 / ONC / HNC or equivalent)
- Strong background in industrial or manufacturing environments
- Hands-on experience with robotics, control systems, motors, and drives
- A problem-solver with a passion for technology, safety, and efficiency
Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off - Nights
Location: Shropshire
Salary: £45,000
