About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Systems Engineer to play a key role in the development and integration of cutting-edge electric traction and drive systems. Working as part of a multi-disciplinary engineering team, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of innovative ETA (Electric Traction Architecture) products and solutions into a variety of customer vehicles and equipment platforms. This is a technically diverse and strategic role that will see you contribute across the full product lifecycle—from requirements definition to system delivery—while engaging directly with customers, prospects, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of ETA product families for integration into customer systems, ensuring compliance and safety standards are met.
  • Take ownership of technical specifications and requirements across vehicle and system development projects.
  • Deliver engineering solutions on time, to quality, and within budget.
  • Support project and programme management activities for both internal and customer-facing initiatives.
  • Define system-level requirements, targets, and goals for new and evolving products.
  • Decompose system requirements across motor, controller, and software components.
  • Act as a mentor.
