The Role
As Project Coordinator, you’ll be embedded within a dynamic development team, providing hands-on support to keep project activities on track. Reporting to the PMO Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining momentum, ensuring clear communication across stakeholders, and supporting agile working practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sprint boards, tracking progress across critical tasks and milestones.
- Log and escalate blockers to technical leads and project managers as needed.
- Schedule and facilitate regular ceremonies including stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos.
- Monitor development deliverables and track them against agreed timelines and sprint goals.
- Act as the communication bridge across a cross-functional team, ensuring alignment and visibility of progress.
About You
- Experience coordinating in an agile or fast-paced technical environment, preferably within software, engineering, or product development.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and stay ahead of key deliverables.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, comfortable engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A proactive and collaborative mindset, always looking to unblock progress and improve team efficiency.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar is desirable.
