Material Services Manager

We’re working with a leading Tier 1 automotive supplier who is currently seeking a Material Services Manager to lead their internal logistics team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in ensuring smooth material flow across production, while driving continuous improvements in performance and safety. Key Responsibilities: Lead and develop the internal logistics/material handling team Ensure efficient and timely delivery of materials to and from production Monitor and improve key performance indicators (OEE, Safety, 5S) Manage daily/weekly operational reporting Drive and implement best practices in internal logistics and material flow ✅ What We’re Looking For: Solid experience in automotive logistics or materials management Proven track record in leadership and team development IOSH Managing Safely (Level 2) certificate or equivalent experience Background in internal supply chain or production support This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and is passionate about continuous improvement and operational excellence.
