We are seeking a talented Automation & Reliability Engineer to optimize our systems, enhance operational uptime, and drive continuous improvement across our processes.
As an Automation & Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining automated systems while ensuring their reliability and performance. You will analyze system data, troubleshoot issues, and implement proactive strategies to prevent failures, helping our operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain automated systems across production or operational processes.
- Develop and execute reliability programs to improve system uptime and performance.
- Perform root cause analysis, failure investigations, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Conduct reliability studies including FMEA, RCM, and predictive maintenance planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and integrate automation solutions.
- Monitor system performance metrics and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Support the adoption of new technologies and tools to enhance automation and reliability.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial, or related field).
- Proven experience in automation engineering, reliability engineering, or a combined role.
- Strong understanding of automation systems (PLC, SCADA, robotics) and control logic.
- Experience with reliability analysis tools (Weibull, ReliaSoft) is a plus.
- Analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable solutions.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills across technical teams.
- Certification in reliability or automation engineering is a plus.
