This is a great opportunity for a customer support advisor to join an exciting business in Annesley, Nottinghamshire. You will build relationships with key business customers and assist them to ensure a smooth service and high client satisfaction. The role will include a number of administrative tasks centred around customer service. You will be good with Excel and able to produce accurate reports outlining customer spend, profitability and growth.
