FP&A Analyst - Nottingham + Hybrid - Β£52,000 - Β£62,000
12 Month Fixed Term Contract
Working for this exciting, growing, acquisitive, and profitable business, this FP&A Analyst role will report directly into the Head of Commercial Finance and focus on short and mid-term planning and forecasting, and analysis of monthly and weekly performance and margin analysis. This is a vital role in providing analysis to the board in order to support decision making.
You will be someone accurate with an eye for detail and strong ability on Excel including modelling. You will also have a commercial mindset and genuine interest in learning about the business. An excellent communicator who builds strong relationships, you will be able to work and gain buy-in from individuals both within finance and outside finance at all levels across the organisation. This role requires a candidate who can start within 4 weeks.
Key areas of the role:- Prepare presentations and reports to the board covering weekly/monthly performance, budget and forecast, and other key analysis including margin analysis
- Produce the weekly KPI dashboard and update on key drivers for the business
- Weekly and monthly reporting on margin analysis
- Assist with budgeting and strategic planning
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint presentation skills
- Working with stakeholders at all levels, including non-finance individuals
- Ad-hoc modelling and analysis to support commercial projects
You will be a Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or Qualified By Experience and possess excellent communication skills and a strong commercial mindset. This business offers an excellent working environment with good career progression opportunities and two days home working per week if desired.
