The Role
Our Ecclesfield facility is fully focused on the manufacture of acoustic enclosures used across critical industries, where precision and craftsmanship truly matter. As demand continues to rise, we’re looking for experienced Welders and Fabricators who take pride in doing the job properly and can contribute to a high‑performing night‑shift team.
What You’ll Bring
- Strong MIG welding and fabrication experience in mild or stainless steel
- Confidence working across a range of material thicknesses
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- A methodical approach, strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Experience with acoustic enclosures or structural steel is helpful but not essential
- willingness to work in various positions — including on hands and knees or ladders — as required for enclosure builds
What the Role Offers
- Night shift, Monday to Thursday: 12‑hour shifts
- Overtime available on Fridays
