Recreation Jewels has grown quickly into a high-volume Shopify brand with a busy flagship store and an in-house warehouse. As we scale, we need someone experienced to take full ownership of how our stock, systems and data run day to day. This role sits right at the centre of the business. You’ll be responsible for making sure what we sell online, what we have in the warehouse, and what’s on the shop floor always line up — and that we’re buying, reordering and planning stock in a way that protects cash and supports growth.
You’ll be looking after:
- Stock accuracy across Shopify, the warehouse and the store
- Reordering, supplier planning and lead times
- Forecasting demand and planning buys
- Preventing overselling and stock-outs
- Sales, margin and stock performance reporting
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has at least 2 years’ experience running Shopify and inventory for a real brand
- Has owned reordering and stock planning before
- Is comfortable working with numbers, margins and stock levels
- Has a very high level of attention to detail
- Is happy being accountable for systems, data and stock
This is a full-time, in-person role based at our Edinburgh Office. Salary is competitive and based on experience.
