We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our clients dynamic sales team. This full-time position is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses excellent administrative and customer service skills. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales operations, ensuring smooth order processing, and maintaining exceptional customer relationships. The successful candidate will be the backbone of our sales department, coordinating between customers, sales representatives, and internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

  • Process sales orders accurately and efficiently from receipt through to delivery, ensuring all customer requirements are met.
  • Generate and raise Purchase Order (PO) numbers in accordance with company procedures and customer specifications.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of all sales transactions, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
  • Monitor order status and proactively communicate any delays or issues to customers and relevant stakeholders.
  • Process order amendments, cancellations, and returns in accordance with company policies.
  • Prepare and distribute sales documentation including invoices, delivery notes, and order confirmations.
  • Utilise SAGE accounting software proficiently for all sales-related transactions and reporting.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, pricing information, and product databases within SAGE.
  • Generate sales reports, performance metrics, and analytical data using SAGE reporting tools.
