We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Workshop Engineering Manager to join our clients dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in workshop management, HGV repair and maintenance, and a thorough understanding of LOLER, PUWER, and COSHH regulations. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety and efficiency in our workshop operations.

  • Workshop Management
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the workshop, ensuring smooth workflow and maximum productivity.
    • Develop and implement efficient systems and processes to optimise workshop performance.
    • Manage workshop staff, including technicians, mechanics, and support personnel.
    • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
    • Identify training needs and organise appropriate training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.

  • HGV Repair and Maintenance

  • Regulatory Compliance
