We are seeking an experienced and innovative Design Engineer to join our client's dynamic product development team. This full‑time position offers an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of point of sale (POS) display and fixture design, combining creative problem‑solving with technical expertise in plastic fabrication and 3D mechanical design.

As a Design Engineer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and developing cutting‑edge POS solutions that enhance customer engagement and drive retail success. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams including sales, marketing, manufacturing, and clients to transform concepts into production‑ready designs that meet both aesthetic and functional requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create detailed 3D mechanical designs and assemblies using SolidWorks for point of sale displays, fixtures, and retail merchandising solutions.
  • Develop comprehensive technical drawings, specifications, and bill of materials (BOM) for manufacturing and production teams.
  • Design innovative plastic fabrication solutions including thermoformed, injection molded, and vacuum formed components.
  • Conduct design reviews and iterations based on client feedback, manufacturing constraints, and cost optimization requirements.
  • Create photorealistic renderings and presentations to communicate design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
  • Ensure all designs comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and brand guidelines.
