RecQuest is working on behalf of a respected and forward‑thinking law firm seeking to expand its Wills, Probate & Trusts (WPT) department. They are looking for a WPT Lawyer to join their team across their Petersfield Offices. The firm is searching for a motivated individual with 2+ years PQE, experienced in wills, probate, and trusts work, who can confidently manage their own caseload and deliver exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting Wills and related estate planning documents.
- Advising on and preparing Trusts, including ongoing trust administration.
- Managing Probate applications and administering estates from start to finish.
- Preparing and advising on Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs).
- Providing clear, professional advice to clients on a wide range of WPT matters.
- Working collaboratively within a busy and growing department across both offices.
