A highly regarded Portsmouth based law firm is continuing to strengthen its Family Law offering and is now seeking a Newly Qualified Solicitor with a clear and genuine commitment to Family Law as their long-term career path. Following recent senior investment within the department, this is an excellent opportunity for an NQ to join a team where Family Law is taken seriously, supported properly, and viewed as a core area of growth.

What we’re looking for:

  • Newly Qualified Solicitor (or imminently qualifying) or recently qualified
  • Demonstrable exposure to Family Law through training contract seats, paralegal work, or equivalent experience
  • A clear intention to build a career specifically within Family Law
  • Strong client care skills and emotional intelligence
  • A professional, empathetic, and confident communication style
  • willingness to learn, develop, and take ownership of matters with support
