We are delighted to be partnering with a leading law firm to recruit a dynamic and commercially astute Legal Director to head up their Commercial Real Estate department. This is a rare opportunity to step into a senior leadership role with scope to shape the future of the team and drive strategic growth.
This salaried director position offers the potential for equity partnership and is ideal for an ambitious individual ready to take ownership of a high-performing team. You’ll be replacing the current Head of Department, and will have the autonomy to lead, innovate, and expand the practice.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the Commercial Real Estate team, overseeing all operations and strategy
- Drive financial performance and contribute to firm-wide strategic initiatives
- Build and maintain strong client relationships across a diverse portfolio
- Mentor and develop junior solicitors and legal professionals
- Collaborate with senior leadership on business development and growth plans
- Option to bring team members with you, as we are also recruiting for a solicitor in this department
