Waythrough is seeking a committed Young Persons Substance Misuse Practitioner to join Branching Out Calderdale. You will provide specialist drug and alcohol treatment, assessments and interventions for young people aged 10-21, managing a caseload and delivering tailored one-to-one and group programmes.
You will work with families and partner agencies to build resilience, support education and transitions, and maintain records with safeguarding as a priority.
