Waythrough is recruiting a Recovery Coordinator to deliver collaborative recovery planning and case management for people with substance misuse across all recovery stages. You will manage a caseload, update risk and safeguarding plans, and work within a multi-disciplinary team to support individuals in their recovery journey.
You will lead on psychosocial interventions, collaborate with colleagues, and help reduce harm to families while ensuring safeguarding guidelines are followed.
