Waythrough is recruiting a Recovery Coordinator - Criminal Justice for Forward Leeds, to join our team in Leeds. You will manage recovery planning and case management for people with drug and alcohol issues, working with probation, courts and partner agencies.
Responsibilities include assessments, risk management, delivering psychosocial interventions, and supporting reintegration. A valid Level 3 health and social care qualification and experience in substance misuse are preferred.
