Ara is seeking an Access Lead for its Gambling Support services. This full-time role (35 hours weekly) includes a shift pattern of 12-8 and 9-5 on alternating weeks, to support people experiencing gambling harms and those affected by others' gambling.
The ideal candidate holds a Level 4 Counselling qualification and has experience in a similar role, delivering initial assessments, inputting data into the case management system, facilitating referrals and managing safeguarding and risk.
