Shift Times: 7.00am-3.00pm, 4.00pm-10.00pm. Weekend availability strongly preferred.

Who we’re looking for
We are seeking experienced and compassionate Care Assistants who must be drivers with access to their own car. The role involves travelling between clients’ homes. You should be confident working independently, have strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for supporting others.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing personal care including washing, dressing, toileting, and continence care including stoma and catheter care.
- Use of equipment to provide care, such as hoists, slide sheets, wheelchairs, turntable.
- Supporting clients with complex care needs, particularly elderly individuals.
- Helping with daily living tasks: cooking, cleaning, laundry, shopping.
- Prompting, administering, and collecting medication.
- Accompanying clients to appointments or social outings.
- Offering companionship and emotional support.
- Monitoring and reporting on changes to clients' physical and mental well-being.
