As a Team Leader at HAGA, you will play a key role in managing a team of Recovery Practitioners within our Alcohol Service. You will support the Services Manager in delivering high‑quality services, monitoring performance, and improving processes to ensure contractual requirements and KPIs are met. You will lead and motivate a team of Recovery Coordinators, ensuring service users receive the highest standard of care and support throughout their recovery journey.
What You’ll Do
- Manage, mentor, and coach staff members and volunteers, supporting their professional development.
- Oversee a team of Recovery Coordinators and ensure high‑quality service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, providing written and verbal updates when required.
- Support service development by actively engaging service users in service design and delivery improvements.
- Ensure services are inclusive and accessible, with particular attention to underrepresented groups.
- Work closely with the Services Manager to monitor performance and ensure service KPIs are met.
To Succeed in This Role, You’ll Need
- Experience working within the drug and alcohol sector.
- Experience managing a caseload.
- Experience leading or supervising a small team.
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office packages.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
