Waythrough is recruiting a Team Leader/Service Manager to supervise a supported housing service. You’ll oversee daily operations, lead staff and volunteers, manage referrals and develop pathways to help residents maintain tenancies, while ensuring safeguarding and compliance with contracts.
You will work with social services, housing, Jobcentre and mental health teams to deliver recovery-focused support. A full UK driving licence is required.
