Permanent, full-time (37 hours per week)
We are seeking Support Workers to join our team in Aylesbury. The role involves providing advice, support, advocacy, and key work for recovery plans, as well as undertaking assessments and case management as directed. The ideal candidate will operate in a way that recognizes and values diversity, understands the functional model of substance misuse, the Recovery Agenda, and the problems caused by alcohol and drug misuse.
Requirements include a NVQ 2/3 in Social Care or willingness to attain it, experience working with policies related to child protection, vulnerable adults, confidentiality, and health & safety. Good communication skills, accurate record-keeping, and a client-centered approach are essential. Flexibility and a commitment to diversity are also important.
