We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Independent Prescriber to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess advanced clinical skills, a strong knowledge of pharmacology, and the ability to autonomously assess, diagnose, and manage patient care. This role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional patient outcomes and ensure the highest standards of care.
Key Requirements:
- Independent Prescriber qualification
- RCGP Qualifications Level 1 (and 2 or willingness to work towards)
- Experience of working within substance misuse (desirable)
We are one of the largest complex integrated treatment services in England. We operate an MDT model and there is real opportunity to work within a fantastic supportive team, including a mental health nurse offering specific interventions to support people, making a real difference to the lives of those in our community. We have a strong ethos around staff development, with protected CPD time being offered, as well as individual and group supervision. All clinical services are supported by an experienced and dynamic multidisciplinary central clinical department.
