Waythrough is seeking an Engagement Worker for The Greens, our 19-bed abstinence-based supported housing project in Sheffield. You will lead on developing opportunities that maximise client engagement within the service and the wider recovery community.
You will coordinate activities, run group sessions, organise events, help residents access volunteering and community opportunities, and build partnerships with local groups and businesses to strengthen recovery pathways.
