You will conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored recovery plans to help individuals progress in their recovery journey within a prison setting.
You will work with healthcare professionals, prison staff and partner organisations to improve health outcomes, reduce substance misuse impact and support engagement from first contact to ongoing care.
