Waythrough is recruiting a Criminal Justice Worker to design and facilitate structured and unstructured therapeutic group programmes supporting adults affected by drug and alcohol use, with a focus on those in the criminal justice system. You will work with Police, Probation, HM Courts, and partner organisations to deliver recovery-focused support, promote harm reduction, and improve outcomes. Evening/weekend work may be needed.
