Waythrough is seeking a Team Lead in Wimborne (onsite) to manage and supervise a multi-agency, multidisciplinary team delivering a flexible, accessible service to service users.

You will oversee day-to-day project operations, develop service area strategies, and liaise with external agencies to benefit service users.

Deputising for the Service/Area Manager may be required, with focus on compliant, high-quality delivery.
