Waythrough is seeking a compassionate Support Coordinator to join the Gypsy, Roma and Traveller Housing, Health & Wellbeing Service in County Durham.

The role provides personalised housing, health and wellbeing support to adults, manages a varied caseload and builds partnerships with local authorities and health services.

This part-time, permanent position (22 hours per week) offers a pro rata salary of £25,877.80 to £34,240 and a comprehensive benefits package.
