Location: Pier Road project – Erith Health Centre.

Working Hours: 37 (full-time).

Contract Type: Fixed term (12 months).

Salary: £28,690.00 - £37,126.37.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage a caseload of service users
  • Develop, implement, and review personalised recovery and treatment plans
  • Work closely with colleagues across the service team and partner agencies
  • Support service users to set and achieve recovery goals safely and positively
  • Engage with family members and significant others where appropriate
