Waythrough provides specialist support across mental health, alcohol and drug-related areas. We deliver high-quality, evidence-based services designed around the real needs of the people we support. Every year we support around 125,000 people through over 250 services with the help of our 3,500 staff and volunteers.
Responsibilities
- Support people engaged with Together to achieve their Recovery Plan goals.
- Facilitate structured and unstructured group work programmes, both virtual and face-to-face.
- Support and empower individuals to engage in recovery activities provided by Together and the wider community.
- Conduct welfare and check-in phone calls.
- Act as a first point of contact for individuals, professionals or family members, accepting referrals as appropriate.
- Provide brief interventions, including harm-reduction focused interventions.
- Use Halo (internal case management system) to document sessions, support the team with updates and audits.
- Identify and report concerns or risks to Duty staff or the Duty Manager.
