Waythrough is seeking a Recovery Navigator in Wimborne to provide person-centred support to individuals affected by drug and alcohol use, helping them progress from engagement to sustainable recovery.

You will manage a caseload, develop recovery plans, perform triage and assessments, work with families and partner agencies, deliver psychosocial interventions and support access to treatment and community resources. This role is hybrid with some travel.
