Overview: Female Recovery Support Volunteer – Location: Together, Barnstaple, EX31 1DR. Timing: 8‑15 hours per week, flexible and adjustable during interview.

This volunteer role is front‑line, client‑facing and involves a range of activities focused on supporting women in recovery.

Responsibilities:

  • Support people engaged in support with Together to achieve their Recovery Plan goals.
  • Facilitate structured and unstructured group work programmes, both virtually and face‑to‑face.
  • Support and empower individuals to engage in recovery activities, including those provided by Together and the wider community.
  • Conduct welfare and check‑in phone calls.
