Waythrough, formed in 2024, operates the Forward Leeds alcohol and drug service across Kirkgate and Seacroft in Leeds. We are seeking an experienced Lead Practitioner to lead the Focused Intervention Team, with one late shift per week until 7:00pm. You will supervise up to 10 staff and maintain complex caseloads.
You will develop specialist pathways, ensure quality, meet KPIs, and collaborate with health and housing partners to support adults with complex needs.
