About the Role: As a Recovery Coordinator, you will provide 1:1 support for service users, from brief interventions through to structured treatment, including groups, ensuring that every recovery journey is tailored to individual needs and priorities. You will take a holistic “whole person” approach, ensuring that each service user’s care package encompasses all areas of their wellbeing, supporting them to achieve the best possible outcomes and safe reintegration into the community.

What You’ll Do:

  • Managing a caseload, devising, implementing and reviewing ongoing recovery plans and treatment
  • Carrying out triage/screening assessments and comprehensive assessments with service users
  • Working collaboratively with partner agencies to undertake shared assessments, key working and interventions, supporting service user progression from engagement through to self-sustained recovery
  • Facilitating service user access to treatment and community resources to increase recovery capital and social connections
  • Using the online case management system, SystmOne, to effectively manage recovery planning, safeguarding and risk management processes

To Succeed in This Role, You’ll Need:

  • Experience of holding a caseload
  • Knowledge and/or experience of substance misuse
  • Experience supporting vulnerable people whose lives have been affected by alcohol and/or drug use
  • A relevant qualification in Health and Social Care
