Waythrough is seeking a part-time Recovery Coordinator to join our Kirkgate Active Team in Leeds city centre, supporting adults receiving treatment for opiate use.

You will manage a caseload, develop and review personalised recovery plans, and coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team.

Based at Kirkgate Hub, you will help service users access healthcare, housing, employment and community resources, record activity in Systm One, and contribute to a supportive, person-centred culture.
