You’ll work with the Assurance Lead and Performance and Data teams to embed the assurance framework, ensure measures, processes and oversight for high-quality, safe support, and translate insights into action.
You’ll guide incident management, learn from incidents and complaints, and build relationships with stakeholders to share best practice.
