Waythrough is seeking a Health and Wellbeing Nurse to support the clinical team across Forward Leeds sites, with base at Irford House, Seacroft, Leeds LS14 6PA, and occasional late clinics and home visits. The role is 37 hours per week, Monday–Friday, with late clinics until 7pm, and a permanent contract.
Salary ranges from £40,266 to £54,478 per annum. Starting salaries depend on experience and progression within the band.
